Everything was lovely and just what I requested. However, it did not go to the recipient’s address. It came to mine. So I then had to pay for it to go there as my next Hermes deliverer wouldn’t take it and I couldn’t wait to sort it out and wait. I think that needs to be addressed. If I’m expecting a package, the deliverer should be able to take the one I need to send if it’s got a label. Happy to pay for that.
