The delivery and product were great. The problem was....... I entered a personal message on ordering that was supposed to be written on the gift packaging somewhere. Unfortunately Prezzybox failed to do this so the recipient for my gift was somewhat perplexed at first to whom had sent the gift. This I felt, detracted greatly from the experience of the recipient. I Cant fault the quality of the actual gift but the ordering process needs some improvements.
