My first purchase experience with you has not been very pleasant unfortunately. I bought three items, one was a gift for a friend - a box of sweets. It as very badly packaged and the lid of the box was bent! How can I give a present to a friend which is broken??
Do you refund? If not, I will not use your platform anymore in my life.
