Packaging could've been slightly better, the box was lightly crushed, which I understand is not the fault of prezzybox but the products inside were not very well protected. There was bubble wrap but it was used to fill space in the box rather than protect delicate items, because of this one of the hot chocolate bombs was cracked and the box containing them crushed. The rest of the products were fine however.
