Really hard to use and find what you want. When you have found your items the price is good and the check out process is easy. Searching however was a nightmare. Also filtering and sorting is terrible. When you go into kids for example and then sort for price absolutely everything on the system comes up and they are not all related to kids gifts or sorted by price! Searching is hard as the same happens here. I searched for Disney Books and anything with paper came up but the books I wanted were no where to be seen. If I hadn't of decided to spend the time looking for them in so many different ways then you would not have had a sale. These functions really need improving.
