Delivery got lost over the Christmas period. The quality of customer service varied depending on who you spoke to.
The first person was completely useless and was unable to resolve the issue; just told me to keep waiting.
The second person was excellent; very apologetic, looked into the delivery for me and called me back to issue a re-order. Unfortunately, receiving the order 5 weeks after originally ordering it and well after Christmas left a sour taste in the mouth, and the first customer service rep helped sully their reputation. I won't be using Prezzybox again.
