I went to place an order onsite - got an error message saying it hadn’t gone through... closed my laptop and thought I’d try again tomorrow as I recorded no email. Tried again the following day and was successful so thought great! Notified in my account I had 2 pending transactions so contacted the companty to reinstate the fact I only wanted 1 personalised vase. Even with this info you have said “there’s nothing you can do” I’m a repeat customer who has now been stung with paying £53 all because your website gave me the incorrect screen and now have paid twice for express delivery and have two personalised vases which I didn’t want - definitely will not be shopping with you again from this god awful experience and now down money.
