The website looked good. I tried to order a personalised Christmas bauble and was unable to proceed to checkout. I then rang and was told that if I used anything other than letters of the alphabet (I'd used a !) then it wouldn't be accepted. It didn't say that on the webpage.
I ordered this eventually, I think, on Friday July 10th - I thought the delivery date was the 16th. It is now the 24th and the bauble still hasn't arrived which is irritating as I wanted it as a gift. I will have to ring again.
Disappointing as the product looks good.
