This is more a complaint about Prezzybox choice of delivery partner for standard shipping, than about Prezzybox. I ordered a product as a gift on 7 March. Indicative timing for standard delivery was 1 - 2 working days. I got the notification to say it was coming Weds 10 March and stayed at home to ensure I was home for the courier. However at 1:57pm on Weds 10 March I got a notification that there was an issue with delivering my parcel today and that they'd try again next working day. It's now Sunday and the parcel still says it's at depot and no one at Hermes has responded to my complaint. Prezzybox seems great, but should rethink their use of Hermes...this would stop me purchasing gifts from here again (unless I was getting well in advance of birthday / mother's day) as now this gift is going to be too late...
