I've ordered a set of 'Jedi Tongs'. The article arrived quite promptly but it was faulty - no sound! These tongs were intended as a gift for a friend in the USA - where we'll be traveling at the end of the month. Luckily I've ordered the gift early and even more lucky, I opened the box and checked the tongs!
I've now returned the faulty tongs but have not had any response from Prezzybox (7 days). It will now depend on how they manage the returns process, i.e. the replacement tongs works OK and cost of the mail is refunded, on how I'll rate them as a supplier.
