I have been online shopping for many years now, but this is the first time I have purchased from Prezzybox and it will be the LAST.
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had, no exaggeration.
I had placed an order for two items which I paid an extra £5.95 for next day delivery.
All seemed to be fine until my order did not arrive on the specified day, it did not arrive the day after that so I then emailed the company explaining it was a birthday present which hadn't arrived, several hours later I received a response with poorly written communication telling me half of my order was out of stock and that half had just been sent as. It was explained that I should have received an email telling me when I placed my order that half of it was out of stock and would not be back in stock until the next month. I did not recieve that email.
I was not offered a refund on my next day delivery which I said £5.95 and did not recieve. It took a further 4 email communications before I was finally given a refund for that.
The standard of communication is very poor along with the services. Extremely disappointed, have passed on my bad experiences to my friends and family and told them to AVOID this website.
Prezzybox - disaster.
