Painfully bad !. My gift arrived without any indication of who sent it. I had ordered the personalised gin and all it had on it was my friend's name on the front whilst on the site it showed a 'lots of love from xxx' . There was a large name on the back - Christopher which really confused my friend. I would not recommend this product or company. I was VERY disappointed for my friend.
