One of my two confirmed orders was given 26th to 28th august to be delivered. I still havn't received notification of despatch. Person notified to stay at home for acceptance of order, which never came..very irritating The web site for ordering wasn't user-friendly, and I ended up having to make a 20 minute international call instead. Not all the sizes of the pizzas were given. When there was a choice of 7 or 10 inch, there was no option box to select the size. Six flavours were available, but not for each pizza. And not clear which flavours were for which pizza. Delivery times were not clear…the two sources for pizzas made this impossible. Two lots of delivery charges were made because I couldn't risk the pizzas (for the birthday ) being late, whereas it was less important were the gifts to arrive late..which proved to be the case. Twins got their presents in one box..instead of them having their own (same address). Parcel sent from Asia arrived quicker, and on time, sent by normal post. Personalised books: on-line order wouldn't go through without a message being written on the inside fly leaf…I hadn't wanted a messsage. I chose someting to say and submitted it, but on checking the order prior to sending it, decided to change the message. this couldn't be done..I had to make a second order with the new message and then delete the first one. I didn't want name, nickname, surname..I just wanted (elegant?) initials..which, fortunately, the order accepted. Questions I asked (for clarifiation) via email wern't answered..the emails were answered, but the questions not satisfied. I'm waiting to find out what the pizzas were like (the birthday is 31st Aug..a public holiday), and the quality of the books, but the ideas on the web site were good, unusual, fun, and I think it's a shame the ordering on-line isn't more user-friendly. And that the questions I asked via email met with the suggestion of me phoning them. Thus a very frustrating, inconvenient and expensive order which didn't meet promised delivery times and with two items still outstanding. Thus, the internet site and service I would rate "poor", but the items ordered could prove to be "excellent". Incidently, it's rather irritating to spend time writing this review (in the hope that improvements can be made) to be then expected to agree to your terms and conditions. I'm doing you the favour here..I can't see there's anything in it for me!
