Service was very good and the product itself was lovely. However, I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the engraving that we asked for as it wasn't even straight.
It was too late to return as it was a 60th birthday gift and was needed the very next day.
It was a shame as I felt it spoilt what was a lovely personalised gift.
