Paid a significant premium for a Saturday delivery. When my item arrived it was two days late. I called to discuss this and the response I received was a very bored "Yeah, sorry 'bout that". There was no comprehension at all that if a large amount of money is paid for a delivery by a particular date, then the item is clearly required by then! There was also no explanation as to why my delivery was late - was it a packing error, a knowingly impossible deadline, something else? Extremely poor and amateur experience with Prezzybox. A birthday present was not given on time and that is simply not good enough.
