Curious that this Review E-mail has arrived just as I have written a letter of complaint to them over their subcontractor's (UStarNovels) sub-standard finishing of of the customised 'Railway Children' Book which I purchased from them.
How they will deal with the complaint I'll just have to wait and see, but it shouldn't have been necessary, in the first place ... as there is a 'Quality' docket, signed by an employee, which came with the book. That process should have caught the problem before it was dispatched! If they had done their job properly, then I would not have had to photograph the book and write a letter and they would have a happy customer.
Let's see how they deal with this unfortunate situation!
