Mixed experience. My order was shipped via Hermes who delivered to the wrong address. Not ideal as it wast birthday present for my husband and it missed his birthday because of this. Back and forth communication with customer services as a person on my street delivered t he goods after I received a refund. I do not feel Hermes are the best courier service available. If you have an issue with your order I would suggest contacting the company as we resolved my issue well.
