Great service, nice choice of gifts to choose from and plenty of emails to keep me informed of the order and intended delivery.
I can't fault the service or the standard of items I ordered, everything arrived speedily but utilising Hermes for delivery is always hit and miss, I found my delivery on the floor outside my home and the box damaged, but thankfully the internal packaging kept the item safe!
