Very good site and service - however, in my order I ordered two items.
Both of them arrived wrong initially...
- Ordered "H" initial - received "N" - however, they quickly resolved and sent "H"
- Ordered "Pink" - received "Blue" - not ideal for a Pink mad niece.
I think the ordering and customer service departments, need better communication with order fulfilment :-)
