The website was great, the options were easily accessible and perfect for my needs.
I was very happy there was the option for Saturday courier delivery and I was happy to pay the extra for this
It was only on the confirmation email that it mentioned a possible delay, and normally I wouldn't mind, but it is now Monday and I haven't even had a dispatch notice. It's Christmas Eve on Friday, and I have no idea when all the presents will arrive.
And I'm wondering why I paid the extra for delivery.
I'd quite like my order to arrive. Then I can fill out the other questions.
When will it arrive?
