I ordered an item as a birthday present which should have been delivered before her birthday, it didn't. We rang the day after it was meant to be delivered and the person we spoke to said that the tracking information for it had just stopped. They informed us that a replacement had been sent out earlier in the day and that they would ring back us the next day to confirm when it would be delivered. The next day we didn't receive any call so we had to call ourselves, she said she would check and then ring back. I missed the call but got a voicemail to say that the package was now out of stock and they wouldn't be getting anymore in, which is brilliant because it was her birthday on that day!
Overall your customer service is diabolical, fair enough if the package in the first place got lost in the mail as that isn't your fault. What I do question however is why if you knew about it you didn't contact us to tell us this? We were also told that another had been shipped to then be told you didn't have any. What kind of clowns do you have working here, I know there could be some kind of miscommunication but they must be some kind of idiots to do that. I could go on and on but nothing will come of this so it's just a waste of time, extremely poor service, will never ever order from you again.
