I ordered 3 items for my nieces, two of which turned up plus a third that was incorrect. I telephoned Prezzybox who helpfully said they would send the correct item and apologized for the inconvenience. I duly received the correct item a few days later, unfortunately the packaging surrounding the item was too thin to protect the product so it was squashed and bent. I phoned once again and was told that they would send a replacement. I suggested that they pack the item in a more robust package which they agreed. I am still waiting for it to arrive...
The products are good but the Prezzybox packaging is poor and therefore the items are generally damaged on arrival.
