I would give excellent - but only not, because I didn’t find the delivery address very clear on the website, when ordering. Consequently, once I did the Paypal bit, it was too late and went to the wrong delivery address. I immediately selected 'change address’, but the web form wouldn’t work.
Excellent customer service, who apologised ad refunded the postage. But it could have been avoided if the delivery on order was clearer.
Would order again though, as nice product and easy to find/buy.
