I ordered a present for delivery between 27 Novemer and 1 December, in what I thought was plenty of time for a significant birthday on 7 December. As yet (7 December), nothing has arrived. (As at 11 December I have received an email but no explanation for the problem and I ended up emailing the voucher I bought, to my friend for his 'surprise 60th birthday'. Making a mistake was one thing but the appalling lack of customer care with the repair was worse. I will never use this site again.) Not impressed and unless I get a really good explanation and apology and refund, that will be the first and last time I use this site. (11/12/15 - indeed, no explanation, barely an apology - so that was the first and last time I use that site). They have my money and I have embarrassment.
