I ordered a 'Memory Box' and the wooden lid has obviously been stuck back together after splitting. Part of the inner surface of the lid is therefore rough and looks very poor and the glue that was used has leaked through onto the outer surface of the box in a small area - making the stain that was obviously applied last to not 'soak' in as much as the rat of the lid causing a lighter patch of staining. I am really disappointed with this product and am hoping prezzybox will replace. However this will not save my embarrassment of having given this box to a friend whose Dad had died recently - it was only when it was fully removed from its packaging that the obvious manufacturing fault became obvious.
