I won a £5 voucher from Anchor Butter. I tried to order two items, one would be free and one I paid for. I was unable to do it and it said I had used the voucher code which I hadn't. I contacted customer service which set up a new code but I was unable to combine postage so I ended up just buying the one item and not bothering with my prize code.
would not buy from you again. If it had not been for the Anchor win I would never of heard of you. I think this is ungracious.
