Ordered a personalised cat calendar, it arrived quickly but only the first name was printed not the surname as pictured on the website. Contacted prezzy box who suggested I send them photos of the pages where the surname should be present (making me feel like I needed to have proof and that my word was not good enough)
Once I did this they said they would send out a replacement, but it was only after I proved to them that I was not a liar that anything was done to rectify the mistake. Won't be using prezzybox again.
