very happy with the product but very disappointed with how poor service is! after 2 weeks of placing the order i still hadn't recieved the parcel, when i tracked my order it said they had attempted to deliever it three times yet nothing had been posted through the letter box to state this. i then had to contact prezzybox to chase up my order, they apologised without an explanation as to what happened and then it was delivered the next day. very unhappy and the worst service ive had ordering online.
