I had purchased some items which never arrived, when contacting customer services it was me who had to keep asking what can be done , and I had to repeat myself over and over online to get someone to give me an answer! When I had not heard after 2 days , I would submit again ! This went on for 6 days before being told a replacement was being sent, but after 4 days , still nothing!
