After placing my order I contacted them to see if I could expedite my shipping as I needed the item to arrive by a certain date. I was told not to worry as the item "should" be there in time.
Of course, it did not arrive in time.
Secondly, despite asking for a delivery and billing address, they managed to ignore the delivery address I specified and sent the item to my billing address instead.
Useless. Use Amazon instead.
