having placed an order and specifically ask if it could be delivered by a certain date (within the stated period) , I received a reply from customer service basically saying thank you / you can track your parcel. I did and it sat with the courier for 2 days ...despite further chasing ...and sadly i left for my holiday without the gifts and the parcel was delivered 4 hours after i departed my house .
