I was informed that my order had been delivered and signed for. When checking the tracking I discovered that the parcel had supposedly been delivered to me. The signature was not that of anyone from my household. Furthermore, I was asked to check with neighbours to see if they had taken the parcel in, no one had but the delivery company had not also left a card to say where they were supposed to have left it. Needless to say 4 days later I am still none the wiser as to where my order is! Awaiting a response from Prezzybox as to what the next step will be after following their advise about the neighbours.
