Well where do I start - I paid extra for next day delivery and after 3 days still had not received my goods. After several emails and telephone conversations I was told my parcel had been lost in transit ( parcel force was named carrier). I requested a refund and was advised it would be refunded within 3 days. A week later I am still waiting. Terrible service.
