I haven't received my order as yet so I am not sure why I should be reviewing an order not received. Order was placed on 8th december and still have not received it, 16 December. On emailing customer services, I was told that the courier had incorrectly routed my order and is now on the way to me. The courier is Hermes and on ordering from another online shopping site I had exactly the same experience with the same courier. I don't say prezzy box is the problem, but I think you might want to look at changing the courier Hermes.
