Not sure who you are using for delivery, but the last tracking update i got was on the 10th of December saying 'Courier received', it is now the 18th and I've only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. Spoke to customer services of the 15th stating they will contact the couriers... haven't head anything since.
Quite frankly poor, why didn't you just post all the items in one box?
