Not impressed with Prezzybox at all. I ordered 2 items at the end of november. I still hadnt received the items by the 14th of December so tracked my items and it said they were delayed due to bad weather. I emailed prezzybox and they said they would send out a replacement order. I received the replacement order but it only had one of the items I ordered. I checked the tracker and it said that one item had been delivered but there is no mention of the other item even though it had the same order ID. So I am unable to track it, it seems like it has been forgotten about. Have emailed prezzybox twice and have not got an answer. Was hoping to get this in plenty time for Christmas as it is for family who is visiting before christmas. Very disappointed.
