I was given no notice of when my parcel would arrive and therefore i was at work when delivery was attempted, a card was left informing me the delivery would be attempted the next day which was lucky because it was my day off, my only day off, i waited in all day for my parcel to be redelivered as informed, but no delivery was attempted, when i eventually did recieve it the packaging was very battered, so my issue isnt directly with Prezzybox directly but with you choice of courier, very poor compared to other delivery services,
