Ordered on 1st December. Email delivery date was 2nd-4th December, stayed in for 3 days still no parcel. Phoned on 5th to be told they would send out with Royal Mail and refund postage. Still no parcel by 7th so after being told you would have to get in touch with delivery firm before you could resend I cancelled. Later that evening parcel arrived. There was one email telling me there was a problem and I could not track parcel. First time using prezzybox. Not a happy customer. My granddaughter gave me the link to your site. I could have got the same thing in my local Argos with no hassle.
