I was very disappointed.
I ordered a look back at your life book for my mother in law who is 93 for Xmas.
The first one arrived with most of the information I wanted on the book wrong.
Ordered another one which also arrived wrong.
Rachel who was dealing with the situation couldn't of been more helpful none of the problems were her fault, it came down to the supplier who was at fault.
