Prezzibox chose a very poor postal carrier initially. The delivery tracking details stated that the carrier had tried to deliver my parcel three times, but when we checked our CCTV the delivery driver/van were not on the recording. I Phoned and explained/complained and the issue was sorted out very quickly with my parcel arriving the next day using a different carrier.
Prezzibox - If you pay peanuts for a company to deliver your goods and uphold your reputation then you know what you will get!
