I got a call from the courier on the day of delivery to say he would deliver that morning. Needless to say, I wasn't home to receive and the only option I was offered were the morning of the following day (23rd Dec), with no specified time - which I couldn't do - or Christmas Eve, which I could do but gave me no fall back options in the event that anything failed to arrive.
So, Christmas Eve it was, and sure enough one of the gifts I had bought failed to arrive. I e-mailed Prezzybox to request a refund and am still waiting for a reply. A bit irritating to get a request for a review before anyone has bothered to reply to my complaint
