I ordered an item, paid about 6 pound for next day delivery as it was for a secret santa present at short notice, the item arrived a day late meaning not only was the present late but I had to make a special journey to take it to work. I emailed to complain and have heard nothing from prezzybox.
Not impressed with their service.
