On the 18Dec15 I placed and purchased an item. On the confirmation email it stated that delivery will be done between the 22Dec15-24Dec15. On the 24Dec15 delivery was not done, so i sent an email requesting where is my order. I received no reply and daily sent reminders until finally katie replied on the 29Dec15 stating that item is out of stock and they will send once in stock!!! I was shocked and disgusted that they took so long to reply and did not have the decency to inform me themselves when I had purchased the item. The money has been taken from my card and today 31Dec15 am still without the item or have not been given a refund! This is robbery and I am totally disgusted with this company! I have never experienced such terrible customer service. They take your money but do not provide you with the goods you purchase!!
