Ordered an item before Christmas with a delivery date of 21st to 23rd December.
Item didn't arrive, chased on the 23rd, no reply until 30th December advising me the item is out of stock and would I like to wait 'a few weeks' for it to come in (Ref:#26827 if you want to know who I am). No I wouldn't shocking service and response times, I do wonder how long it would take for 'The Prezzybox Team' to let me know if I hadn't of chased it.
I won't be buying from here again.
