Ordered 2 Christmas gifts. Paid an extra £2 for next day delivery (24th Dec). No parcel arrived. I e-mailed to chase this but I have still not received a response. Parcel finally arrived on 31st, so a whole week late. This was via Royal Mail, who were still delivering during that period.
Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired and I have paid for a service I did not receive. Unlikely to use again.
