I was very disappointed with this service. I ordered my products and received an email to confirm my address and when the products would arrive. It was getting near to Christmas and I had heard nothing so as the products I was purchasing were for presents I emailed prezzybox to see why I had not yet recieved any other emails. They replied that they don't deliver to Ireland even though you can select any country when entering your address. I emailed back to ask why was this option available and why was I given a date for my products to be delivered and I was ignored. Also when I entered my order number it said processing. I would not recommend this company.
