I still haven't received my daughter's Xmas presents and it's now Jan 3rd.... Hermes Couriers are totally useless and very rude! Unless they change courier company, I won't be able to use this company again.... simply unreliable delivery couriers who don't care and think they are doing you a favour doing something you have already paid good money for....
