A lot of the "normal" was because I ordered the items rather late and in spite of being told your delivery would be 25th to 29th December - I had to preclude 25th as I wasn't going to be home that day until late evening, and did not receive them in time to wrap and present them to people - in fact I still have them unwrapped because I will not be seeing those people again until later this month. Most of them were delivered at lunchtime on New Year's Eve. My fault entirely, but your deadline appeared to be 29th and they were 2 days after that. However, next time I order I shall perhaps have more time in which to do it.
