Paid for an item which did not turn up when it was expected. Got in touch and it had been out of stock. Would have been helpful to have been notified that it was out of stock sooner than a week later when i enquired about the whereabouts of my item. I was extremely disappointed that I did not receive the item that was supposed to be a gift. I then had to order from another website and pay £7.99 for next day delivery in order to receive my item in time for when I wanted it. I probably would not order from this website again after the bad experience that I have had as it has cost me a lot of money to replace the item which did not turn up
