Terrible service received from Prezzybox. Very disappointing, considering I was a new customer to the company. I attempted to purchase a Christmas present from yourselves (delivery expected by 23/12/15). I did not receive the product, and upon calling after leaving it a week after christmas - I had not receive any emails/ contact from Prezzybox, despite my concerned emails and calls - I was told abruptly that the item had been out of stock since the time of purchase (when payment was also taken) and that I'd possibly receive the item within a few weeks. As a result of unprofessionalism and bad communication skills, I will no longer be using Prezzybox, and neither will my family and friends.
